We are excited to announce that the first Dinner will be featuring Common Thread Restaurant of Savannah, GA. Chef Howells is collaborating with Chef Brandon Carter and their team to showcase two of the best restaurants in the Southeast with a four-course meal with wine pairings.
The Establishment will host a Collaborative Dinner Experience with Edmund's Oast on Thursday, May 25th. Edmund's Oast brewmasters will be on premise at to serve up some of their award winning avant-garde creations alongside Chef Elliott Howells's seasonally inspired cuisine. Dinner will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course seated dinner highlighting both libations and culinary creations.
The Establishment will be hosting a Four-Course Wine Dinner on Wednesday, April 12th featuring some of Napa Valley's best wines. Honig Vineyards of Rutherford will be the featured winery, bringing their fabulous Sauvignon Blancs and Cabernet Sauvignons.
Chef Howells has created a seafood centric menu that will showcase Mediterranean fare with Sommelier selected wine offerings to compliment. Please come join us for a fabulous weekend of great food and drink highlighting some of the best food regions the world has to offer.
