It's been one incredible year for The Establishment - and we're ready to celebrate with an incredible prix-fixe menu that will feature Charleston's finest seafood paired with beautiful wines, bubbles, and a sparkling good time!

Our multi-course prix-fixe menu will be available for $150 with an optional $100 wine pairing (vegan and vegetarian options will be available). We'll begin with an array of bites and bubbles and continue with curated courses from Executive Chef Elliott Howells.
