An evening with the wines of August Briggs
Join us for an exceptional wine and food experience on January 25th! The Establishment is hosting an intimate 4-course dinner featuring wines from Napa Valley's August Briggs.
The dinner will begin with passed hors d'oeuvres at 6:00pm, followed by a seated dinner at 6:30pm. Enjoy chef Elliott Howells' creative menu paired along with these exclusive small production wines from Napa and Sonoma Valley. The featured wines will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the evening.
