The Establishment will be hosting a Four-Course Wine Dinner on Wednesday, April 12th featuring some of Napa Valley's best wines. Honig Vineyards of Rutherford will be the featured winery, bringing their fabulous Sauvignon Blancs and Cabernet Sauvignons. Michael Honig, President and Manager of Honig Vineyard will be in attendance to discuss the wines and lead the dinner. Chef Elliott Howells has created an exquisite menu to highlight these certified sustainable wines while showcasing our incredible local and regional ingredients.Dinner starts at 6pm with passed hors d'oeuvres in our private dining room.
