Originally from St. Louis Missouri, Henry arrived in Charleston by way of Vail, Colorado where he worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in that area. His knowledge of restaurants (particularly in the customer service aspects) is unparalleled.
Henry recently proposed to his long time girlfriend Alyssa (congrats!) this past December and the two are currently planning their dream wedding all while she attends Charleston School of Law.
Henry is an integral part of the Establishment Team and his significant contributions to the restaurant are felt by both staff and guests alike
