The Establishment is teaming up with Breakthru Beverage to put on a four-course dinner that will feature a total of six pairing spirits and cocktails from tequila producers Herradura, Milagro, Tequila Ocho, Gracias Adios and Partida. Mexican fare will be prepared by executive chef of The Establishment, Matt Canter. We will showcase different styles of tequila from blanco, represado, anejo and extra anejo. Tequila Ambassador Maria Lehman, aka "Tequila Maria," will take our guests through an educational and fun evening that will leave you knowing a lot more about the agave the tequila is produced from. She will teach you how to taste the difference between the quality producers we are pouring and the rest.

Chef Ramon Taimanglo of Park & Grove is stopping into Broad Street for one night only, August 29th, to prepare a 6-course experience with The Establishment's own Chef Howells.
This will be the final installment of the dinner series in support of Charleston-based charities put on by The Establishment and an incredible list of guest chefs that has been running all summer long. We've raised over $27,000 for local charities and we want to make this last dinner something spectacular!
