The Establishment proudly announces a four-course paired dinner with the wines of Sonoma, CA-based Schug Winery. Executive Chef Matt Canter was fortunate enough to visit this benchmark winery himself, and winery owner Axel Schug will be co-hosting the event! This dinner will present a true expression of California terroir in the form of dishes meant to highlight the quality of these wines, for an incredibly memorable evening of food and wine.
