The Establishment proudly announces a four-course paired dinner with the wines of Argentinian producer Luna de Esperanza. Executive chef Matt Canter was fortunate enough to meet some fantastic vineyard owners from the Lowcountry who produce ultra-premium & luxury wines from the Uco Valley. This dinner will present a true expression of the Argentine terroir in the form of regional ingredients and grapes paired with our own local flavors to create an incredibly memorable evening of food and wine.

Join us for a night to remember at 6:30 PM at The Establishment located at 28 Broad Street, Charleston, SC 29401 on February 21st in The State Room, our private event space, for a relaxing and enjoyable night!


First Course

The Story of Luna de Esperaza

Our love of adventure and the pursuit of superb wines led us from our homes in Charleston, SC all the way down to Mendoza, Argentina in hopes of one day making wines of our own. Our goal was to create wines with true finesse that represented the distinct terroir of our favorite wine region. That hope was realized in the foothills of the famed Valley de Uco when, as fate would have it, our beloved Palmetto States crescent moon rose high above the Andes Mountains.

Join us on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 for a wine dinner at The Establishment featuring the Argentine wines of Luna de Esperanza and dishes paired by Executive Chef Matt Canter. This four course meal will highlight the versatility of the Luna de Esperanza wines with cuisine, with winery owners Andy Berly and David Lyle representing the winery to dive deeper into why these wines are so special. In addition, we will offer the opportunity at the end of the meal to purchase some of your favorite Luna wines!
