Dinner with Michelin Star Chef Mariya Russell
The Establishment is hosting a dinner series this summer benefiting local organizations. We're kicking it off with a 6-course dinner to benefit the Charleston Youth Development Center featuring Michelin Star Winning Chef Mariya Russell. "Give Back to Charleston" will feature one dinner each month for the spring and summer of 2022, with each dinner benefitting a different local organization.
Each course to be paired with wine by Sommelier Brian Jarusik
Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres served from 5:30 - 6:30
Oyster, osetra caviar, spring mignette, on the half shell
Snapper, smoked peanut furikake, truffle, spring onion
Local Shrimp, lardo, ramps, jerk vinaigrette, charred romano beans
Ravioli in Brodo, pork confit, peas, smoked hock & clam broth
Fish — Family style, Beef fat poached, bone marrow chimichurri, crispy skin, radish, black garlic naan
Banana bread, brulée, miso ice cream, truffle
