The Establishment has teamed up with some incredible spirits producers in order to host a fun event where you can enjoy some bourbon and live bluegrass by the Red Cedar Review duo. We've purchased a complete single barrel of Buffalo Trace and want to show it off. What better way to do that than share some dishes from the kitchen of chef Matt Canter and pair them with our barrel?
We will have several whiskey ambassadors on hand for you to talk to and ask questions of as you move station to station enjoying some delicious food paired with cocktails and straight spirits alike. We will have some passed hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening as well, items our chef loves to enjoy with these handcrafted bourbons.
This event is guaranteed to please both the aficionado and the novice of the world of whiskey. Join us at The Establishment, located at 28 Broad Street, from 6:30-8:30pm on March 26th! $90 ticket includes gratuity.

This will be the final installment of the dinner series in support of Charleston-based charities put on by The Establishment and an incredible list of guest chefs that has been running all summer long. We've raised over $27,000 for local charities and we want to make this last dinner something spectacular!
