4-course Jalisco-themed dinner with hors d'oeuvres and tequila pairings

The Establishment is hosting a Tequila inspired dinner! Chef Elliott Howells has created a 4-course tasting menu to accentuate the famous spirit of Jalisco. The menu will include multiple styles of tequila from Blanco to Extra Anejo and will also feature hors d'oeuvres, intermezzo, and a special sendoff amusement. Hors d'oeuvres and greet cocktails will start at 6pm sharp with the seated dinner to follow at 6:30pm.
