The Establishment is hosting a six-course wine dinner Thursday, October 10th, 2024. Dinner begins at 6pm and will feature Executive Chef Elliott Howells' innovative cuisine paired with Pinot Noir from around the world. This dinner will traverse a global culinary landscape while highlighting the versatility of the Pinot grape itself.
